Most of the time, I can look at artwork and think:
I don't get it. What's the point of this? Where's the beauty in it?
But who can answer these questions better than the artist himself?
Sometimes, the art is less tangible
A person. Someone who makes me question:
I don’t get them. Why are they like that? Why must our paths cross?
But who can answer these questions better than the artist Himself?
Sometimes, the art is closer than we think
The art, the masterpiece, the person. It is our own selves
I don’t get me. What beauty do I behold? For what purpose was I made for?
But who can answer these questions better than the artist Himself?
For if we want to find the purpose in the art, we look to the artist.
For if we want to find the purpose in ourselves, we look to God.
I cannot find me, without Him
I must find Him first
And in Him, I can find me too.
